• 30-day, preinstalled-operating-system support
• Arranging for service
• Arranging for shipment of customer-replaceable parts
Please have the following information ready when you call:
• Machine Type (2270)
• Serial number (please refer to page 1 for instructions on how to find your
serial number)
• Description of the problem
• Exact wording of any error messages
• Hardware and software configuration information for your system
