30-day, preinstalled-operating-system support
Arranging for service
Arranging for shipment of customer-replaceable parts
Please have the following information ready when you call:
Machine Type (2270)
Serial number (please refer to page 1 for instructions on how to find your
serial number)
Description of the problem
