Description
Allows the VPS to "interview" a caller by playing a series of prerecorded questions and recording the
caller's responses.
Subscribers are able to record questions directly into their interview mailboxes.

Description
Allows callers to listen to all of subscriber's name and their extension number in Automated Attendant
Service or Custom Service.
Conditions
•
This feature is only available in the following conditions:
a)
subscriber's name is recorded.
b)
subscriber's extension number is set.
c)
"Yes" is set for "Directory Listing" in the Class of Service (COS) settings.
