2.3.36 VM Menu (DPT Integration Only)

Description
Allows a subscriber to access subscriber services (retrieving messages, changing mailbox settings,
etc.) by following visual prompts (guidance) on the display of a proprietary telephone (PT). The
subscriber can access and operate each item by using the PT's Navigator Key or soft buttons. When
using VM Menu, only the guidance will be displayed; system prompts will not be heard unless playing
a message or confirming a recorded message.
Conditions
This feature is only available when "Yes" is set for "VM Menu" in the Class of Service (COS)
settings.
This feature is only available when:
the VPS is connected to a KX-TDA series PBX (MPR Version 2.2) using DPT Integration.
the subscriber is using a Panasonic KX-T7630*/KX-T7633*/KX-T7636/KX-NT136.

The Service Access Command can not be used while using VM Menu.
The number of subscribers that can access VM Menu at the same time is limited. If too many
subscribers try to access VM Menu, it will not operate properly: lower the number of ports to be
able to access VM menu (see "Number of Ports for VM Menu Service" in Programming Manual).
Some features during message playback may not be available while using VM Menu. In order to
use these features, you need to set "No" for "VM Menu" in the Class of Service (COS) settings,
and use in the Voice Prompt mode.
