To import a phone book entry
On the main Home Center window, click Setup to display the settings options.

Click Fax to open the Fax dialog.

Click the Phone Book tab.

Click to open the Address Book on your computer.

Select the fax number want to import and click OK to add it to the Phone Book list box.

Click Apply Now or OK.

To edit a phone book entry
On the main Home Center window, click Setup to display the settings options.

Click Fax to open the Fax dialog.

Click the Phone Book tab.

Select the entry you want to edit in the Phone Book list box.

Type a new name and/or number.

To delete a phone book entry
On the main Home Center window, click Setup to display the settings options.

Select the entry you want to delete in the Phone Book list box.

Click the Delete button or press the Delete key.

Click Apply Now or OK.

To assign a contact to a speed dial button
On the main Home Center window, click Setup to display the settings options.

Click Fax to open the Fax dialog.

Click the Phone Book tab.

Select the entry you want to assign a speed dial in the Phone Book list box.

Drag the entry to a speed dial button edit box (01, 02, or 03).
