Canceling a print job from the computer
For Windows users

Open the printers folder:

Click
, or click Start and then click Run.

In the Start Search or Run box, type control printers.

Press Enter, or click OK.

Double-click the printer icon.

Select the print job you want to cancel.

From the keyboard, press Delete.
For Macintosh users
In Mac OS X version 10.5 or later:

From the Apple menu, choose System Preferences > Print & Fax > Open Print Queue.

From the printer window, select the print job you want to cancel.

From the icon bar at the top of the window, click the Delete icon.
In Mac OS X version 10.4 or earlier:

From the Finder, navigate to:
Go > Applications

Double-click Utilities > Print Center or Printer Setup Utility.

Double-click the printer icon.

From the printer window, select the print job you want to cancel.

From the icon bar at the top of the window, click the Delete icon.
Printing in black and white
From the home screen, navigate to:
> Settings > Print Settings > Quality Menu > Print Mode > Black Only
Adjusting toner darkness

Type the printer IP address into the address field of your Web browser.
If you do not know the IP address of the printer, you can:
•
View the IP address on the printer control panel in the TCP/IP section under the Networks/Ports menu.
•
Print a network setup page or the menu settings pages and locate the IP address in the TCP/IP section.

Click Settings > Print Settings > Quality Menu > Toner Darkness.
