Note
When allowing (not allowing) a single IP address, the three methods
described below can be specified.
Enter the IP address in the start address and enter 0.0.0.0 in the end
address. (For example, "192.168.11.22 – 0.0.0.0").
Enter 0.0.0.0 in the start address and enter the IP address in the end
address. (For example, "0.0.0.0 – 192.168.11.22").
Enter the same IP address in the start address and the end address. (For
example, "192.168.11.22 – 192.168.11.22").
