From the printer folder

Note
For Windows NT4.0/2000/XP/Server 2003/Vista, you need to log on as an
administrator.

Click [Start] % [Settings] % [Printers].
Windows Vista, click [Start] % [Control Panel] % [Hardware and

Sound] % [Printers].
Windows XP Professional and Windows Server 2003, click [Start] %

[Printers and Faxes].
Windows XP Home edition, click [Start] % [Control Panel] % [Print-

ers and other Hardware] % [Printers and Faxes].

Right-click the KONICA MINOLTA PCL icon, and then click [Properties]
(Windows 98SE/Me), [Document Defaults...] (Windows NT4.0), or
[Printing Preferences] (Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003/Vista).
