Department Dialing Report
The VPS can provide the caller with a voiced report of the
extensions assigned to department dialing. You can delete,
update and append the extension after receiving the report.
To listen to the report:

Dial an extension number which is connected to the Voice
(Voice Mail Service's
Mail Service.
Extension Number)
You will hear the prompt:
Good morning/Good evening
You have reached the voice processing system.
Please enter the mailbox number of the person for whom
you wish to leave a message, followed by a pound sign.
To enter by name, please press a pound sign now.
If
you are using a rotary telephone, please wait a moment.
For call transfer, press [O].

Press the star [*I, then enter the Message Manager's mail-
