Turn the adjusting screw
Turn back counterclockwise the number of clicks corresponding to the shock absorber
type.

Turn clockwise to increase damping, turn counterclockwise to reduce suspension
damping.
Lean the motorcycle on the side stand.
Remove bleeder screws
Any excess pressure escapes from the interior of the fork.
Mount and tighten bleeder screws.
