3-19 Roller Holder
1. Before you disassemble the FPC cable you
should remove:
All covers (See page 3-2, 3-9)
ADF Scanner unit assembly (See page 3-3)
Engine unit (See page 3-15)
ASF unit (See page 3-16)
Holder harness (See page 3-16)

Cartridge assembly (See page 3-18)

2. Unlatch the holder by pushing the parts
hooked to the main frame using a sharp tool.

1. Before you disassemble the ASF unit
you should remove:
All covers (See page 3-2, 3-9)
ADF Scanner unit assembly (See page 3-3)
Engine unit (See page 3-15)
ASF unit (See page 3-16)
Holder harness (See page 3-16)
2. Remove one screw securing the home ass'y.
3. Unlatch the home assembly by pushing the
parts hooked to the main frame using a sharp
tool. Take out the home assembly from the
main frame.
3. Pull the holder downward and take it out from
the main frame.
