For the Scan Station to send documents to email recipients, you must
define how the Scan Station will access your email server. SMTP,
LDAP, Return Email Address and Maximum Attachment Size settings
are configured from the E-mail screen.
• Select the E-mail icon.
1. Select SMTP Settings.
2. Select SMTP Server Address.
3. Enter an IP address or a fully qualified domain name (e.g.,
mailserver.mycompany.com).
4. Click Done.
