Problem
Paper does not
feed.
Paper misfeeds
or pulls multiple
sheets through
the printer.
Paper stops
during mid-print,

Cause
More than 25 sheets of
paper are in the paper
tray.
Too much paper is
loaded in the paper
tray, or the paper is
improperly loaded.
The paper tray is
improperly installed.
The paper is jammed. Clear the paper jam
The color cartridge is
jammed.
Action/Solution
Check the paper limit line inside
the paper tray.
Remove and re-install the paper
tray

Fan the paper, re-install the paper
tray, then press Print.
Reload the paper
