HOW TO USE THE AIRDYNE
■ Seat adjustment

1. Place o n e p e d al in t h e d o w n p ositio n, an d ce n t e r t h e b all o f
o f y o u r f o o t o v e r t h e ce n t e r o f t h e p e d al. Yo u r le g sh o uld b e
slig h tly b e n t at t h e kn e e (Fig. 1).
2. If y o u r le g is t o o st raig h t o r y o u r f o o t can n o t t o u ch t h e

Failure to follo w any of these safeguards may result in injury or serious health proble ms.
• Do not place fingers or any other objects into m oving parts of the exercise equip m ent.
• Keep children and pets away fro m the Airdyne / Evolution Co m p Bike. A child's curiosity
may result in injury. Do not allo w children to use the Airdyne / Evolution Co m p Bike. The
machine is designed and intended for adults, not children.
• Never turn pedal crank arms by hand. To avoid entangle m ent and possible injury, do not
expose hands or arms to the drive m echanism.
• Do not dism ount the Airdyne / Evolution Co m p Bike until the pedals are at a co m plete STOP.
• Warn bystanders to keep a safe distance. Do not allo w anyone to touch the bike w hile
it is in operation.
• Always engage the bike's locking m echanism w hen not in use (see page 8).
CAUTION! DISMOUNT THE AIRDYNE EVOLUTION COMP BIKE ONLY
AFTER THE PEDALS HAVE COME TO A COMPLETE STOP.
