The test box, no. 6420100, is an indispensable tool, especially when the pro blem is intermittent. Further

Flame sensor and magnet

are active (burning)
Press the button Y1. Gives a direct
signal to the oil spool and by-pas-
ses by that the safety system.
NB:
When the test box is connected, the fl ame sen sor is disconnected the safety sy stem. The
mac hi ne is therefore not stop ping automatically, although the fl ame sen sor is defect.

Test/adjustment
The test box is mounted directly in the plug of the
PC-board. Ac cess to this is gained by loosening the
front plate at shown.
The but ton at the top left-hand corner is set at 09
(mac hi ne with fl ame sen sor). Water is fi l led into the
mac hi ne, and hoses are connected. The mac hi ne is
set at 150C and started.
