At inlet tem pe ra tu re 4°C → 12°C, tem pe ra tu re indicator lamp 70°C is to light up.
At inlet tem pe ra tu re 12°C → 20°C, tem pe ra tu re indicator lamp 90°C is to light up.
If the above-mentioned temperatures ha ve not been reached, the oil pres su re is adjusted to max. 11
bar. The air is adjusted upwards, so that it is smokeless. If the tem pe ra tu re has not been reached after
approx. 1 minute, check chapter D, Performance faults.
Fi ne adjustment
While the mac hi ne runs steadily with max. working pres su re and max. 90°C set at tem pe ra tu re control,
a test with Bacharach equipment is ma de according to the instructions.
The results are written down in dia gram, combustion test, on the next pa ge.
The tem pe ra tu re se lec tor is set at max. 150°C, and the water fl ow reduced to mi ni mum. Measure the
water quantity, if necessary. See da ta. Make su re that the top lamp 150°C lights up, and steam his ses
out of the nozzle.

Test/adjustment
Set the tem pe ra tu re se lec tor at max. 90°C,
and the burner will ignite.
Set the oil pres su re at 10 bar.
If vi si ble smoke is generated, the air is adjusted
upwards until it is smokeless.
Let the mac hi ne run for at least 3 minutes.
