B1 and B2, fl ow switches, are functionally identical.
At inspection it should especially be checked that
the mag net is intact and without coa ting, that the
Reed-switch is reacting regularly and that the pi ston
is moving easily. The switch is normally closed.
Pres su re of the oil pump is adjusted by means
of a 4 mm Hexagon Key at approx. 11 bar, which
are measured with a pres su re me ter. Fil ter of the
pump is accessible by loosening 4 screws in the
front co ver.
B4 and B5, tem pe ra tu re sen sor ty pe PT500, is
checked by means of an ohm me ter. Within the
tem pe ra tu re fi eld 10°C - 25°C resp. 520 - 548 Ω
are measured, and at 100°C approx. 692.5 Ω.
B6 Flame sen sor. Could possibly be checked by
means of an in stru ment with sound indication,
indicating when actuated by a light from e.g. a
40W bulb.
NB: The sen sor is polarized and must therefore be
tested afterwards.
B7 is a pres su re switch placed in the oil lubricating
sy stem of the mo tor. The switch opens, when the
mo tor is tur ned with the star ter. To measure by
B7
means of an ohm me ter by disconnecting A3 and
measure between frame and free cable.
