Pump/motor
Make su re that mo tor and pump contain oil and that fi l ters are clean
1. Connect water supply (suction) and high pres su re ho se.
2. Tem pe ra tu re se lec tor to be set at „cold".
3. Start and let the mac hi ne run for 2 minutes with full water fl ow and without nozzle.

that the mac hi ne is running noiseless

that the exhaust sy stem is tight
4. Mount 06 or (05 on Heavy Duty) high pres su re nozzle.
5. Set water quantity regulation at „max.".

6. Mount test pres su re me ter on the out let, and close slowly to the opening pres su re (max. 210/
225 bar).

7. Water quantity regulation to be set at the mi ni mum with 06-nozzle (05 on Heavy Duty)
mounted.

that water quantity is 19 l/min./(16 l/min. on Heavy Duty)
that pump pres su re is 180 bar or 205 bar on Heavy Duty (measured with
the pressure me ter of the pump)
that mo tor speed is approx. 3000 rpm.
that components and pi pe li nes in the fuel and high pres su re sy stem are
tight.
that the safety valve opens at 210 bar (measured with the test pres su re
meter.
that pres su re measured with the pres su re me ter of the pump shows 25-
30 bar.
that the pump is coupling to by-pass pres su re (8-10 bar), when the
hand le is released, and that it is quickly recoupling, when the hand le is
activated.
