Overhold
500 hours operation
It is recommended that the over hold is done according to the following points:
1. Con trol of water fi l ter. Possibly cleaning/replacement.
2. Mac hi ne to be tested: Con trol of pres su re, tightness and ope ra ti on of oil burner.
3. High pres su re pump to be stripped. Seals, valves, by-pass valve parts to be controlled/replaced.
Pump to be assembled with new O-rings. Change of oil.
4. Rem ove air distributor and check oil nozzle, electrodes, ignition covers, possibly replace or adjust.
Fuel fi l ter to be cleaned/replaced.
5. Coil to be checked for soot coa ting, to be cleaned if necessary. Insulation on bottom and cord to be
replaced.
6. Flow switches to be stripped and cleaned.
7. All ho se connections and electric connections to be con trol led/tightened up.
8. Mac hi ne to be tested with testing equipment and adjusted (water quantity, opening pres su re, oil
pres su re, air quantity).
9. Various equipment to be tested, possibly repaired.
10. Fi nal testing with various equipment.
1000 hours operation
Bearings, pistons, oil sleeves are checked.
