MAINTENANCE
Start Engine
Turn ignition key and check function of lights.
Start engine.
Check that all warning lights turn off.
Drain water from fuel separator as required.
At high RPM, engage reversible fan to clean radiator.
Every 40 Working Hours
Check track tension and adjust if required.
After Initial 100 Hours - New Machine
Drain and replace hydraulic oil.
Replace hydraulic oil filter.
Drain and replace engine oil.
Replace engine oil filter.
Check track tension and adjust if required.
Check alternator belt tension and tighten if required.
Every 250 Working Hours
Replace hydraulic oil filter.
Drain and replace engine oil.
Replace engine oil filter.
Replace engine air filter.
Every 3000 Working Hours
Drain and replace hydraulic oil.
Replace hydraulic oil filter
Maintenance Schedule (Track Components)
Daily Checks
Check condition of gear motors.
Check track condition; replace tracks when there is less than 10mm of tread remaining or sooner if there are
visible signs of deep cuts or cracks.
Check that there are no stones or foreign bodies within the tracks, rollers, gears or sprockets.
Monthly Checks
Check oil level in gear unit.
Check that rollers are correctly fastened.
Check that there is no slack in the bearings.
Six Month Checks
Check wear and tear and overall condition of connections pinions and lower rollers - these must be replaced
when they reach their maximum wear limit; refer to "Wear Limits" Section
Check that brakes are working correctly.
Check all nuts and bolts for tightness.
