Maintenance Schedule (Hydraulic Oil)

The TRAXX RF uses Panolin HLP SYNTH E 46
Hydraulic Oil (P/N TR477142).
DO NOT MIX HYDRAULIC OILS
Some specific properties of or detergents contained
in hydraulic oil and synthetic hydraulic oil vary and
when mixed will react and reduce the effectiveness
of both oils.
Risks of Mixing different hydraulic fluids:
• Corrosion or Yellow Metal Etching
• Negative Foaming (Cavitation)
• Incompatibility (Excessive Wear, Sludge,
Gumming, Etc.)
NOTE: Dadolin HLP SYNTH E 46 can be mixed with Panolin HLP SYNTH 46 without voiding warranty.
Alamo Industrial will only guarantee that our products are free from defects if Panolin HLP Synthetic E 46'
Hydraulic Oil (P/N TR477142) or Panolin HLP Synthetic 46 hydraulic oil are used in the hydraulic system. The
use of another hydraulic oil, or a mixture of the approved Panolin HLP and another oil may severely affect the
reliability of the TRAXX RF hydraulic system.
First 100 Hours
Every 250 Hrs. after first 100 Hrs.
Every 3000 Hours
