High-voltage power supply (HVPS) assembly removal

Before you begin, unplug the printer and remove the imaging unit. See
page 4-49.
Remove the rear shield. See
1.
Remove the cable cover (A).
2.
Disconnect the high-voltage power supply (HVPS) cable at the HVPS and at the controller board.
3.
Note: Some HVPS cards use a connector to which the cable latches. Using a tool, press down at the top of
the connection while gently pulling the cable free.
