Before You Begin

Warning: Do not place articles on or against this appliance. Do not use or store flammable materials near
this appliance. Do not spray aerosols in the vicinity of this appliance while it is in operation.
Warning: Read this entire manual before you use your new fireplace (especially the section "Safety
Precautions" on pages 2 & 3). Failure to follow the instructions may result in property
damage, bodily injury, or even death.
Warning: Do not operate appliance with the glass front removed, cracked or broken. Replacement of
the glass should be done by a licensed or qualified service person.

Gas Control Knob
Flame Adjust Knob This knob controls the flame height from low ("LO") to high ("HI"). The
? If using a remote control or thermostat, the On/Off Switch must be left "ON". Turning the On/Off
Switch "OFF" will keep the fireplace off always.

Operation

below the front log.

view the controls.

Flame Adjust Knob
This control is used to turn the fireplace on and off.
The pilot igniter is used only to start the pilot. When pressed, it sends an
electrical charge to the pilot assembly. This creates a blue spark directly next
to the pilot, igniting the pilot flame.
This knob controls gas to the stove and pilot. There are three positions: ON,
OFF, and PILOT. The indicator line is to the right of the knob.
