Corner Installations

A typical 45° installation uses the minimum framing dimensions shown in the illustration below (NOTE:
all clearances still apply).

Raised Fireplaces

• The fireplace (and hearth, if desired) may be placed on a platform designed to 300 lbs. (136 kg).
• The fireplace may not be raised so as to place the base of the fireplace within 42" (1067 mm) of ceiling
or to reduce the fireplace enclosure to less than 42" (1067 mm).
