Cancel Report Printing

Follow the procedure below to cancel the report printing using the CANCEL REPORT item from
the REPORT menu.

Open all three one-touch speed dialing panels.
Press [Report].

1.ACTIVITY REPORT
Press [ ] or [ ] until <6.CANCEL REPORT> appears
[OK].

6.CANCEL REPORT
If there are multiple jobs:
Press [ ] or [ ] to select the report you want to cancel
NOTE
• If you want to cancel multiple jobs, select one job at a time, and cancel them one by one.
Press [ ] to cancel the report.
If you do not want to cancel the report, press
Printing is canceled.
