programming of ordinary CDs are based on track number
data, such playback functrons are sometlmes Impossible
with some VCDs.
When a VIDEO CD carries "Play Back Control capable" or
similar rnessaue on the disc or iacket. desired scenes and
lnformatlon can be played back'in an Interactive manner
using a hterarchxal structure while viewing the menu
screens displayed on the TV screen.
