You must follow steps 1 to 5 to be able to iise the
Security Code function. Turning off the power
during the procedure WIII deactivate the security
code setting.
1 Select the four dIgIts to use in your secumy
code.

The four-dlglt security code IS very Important,
as
you will need it to turli the unit on again when the
code security function IS on. Choose the number
carelully and do not forget It (write It down and
lkeep It separately
in a safe place).
2 Touch the number [ b I [ m 1 and enter your
security code.

If you enter the wrong nurnber, iouch [ Clear I.
The last entered number- 1s cleared.
Touch I Enter I.
The security code will be set.
When " 2nd " appears tn the display, you can
start Inputlng the code.
Touch the number I w I_ I m 1 and enter your
security code agaln.
Touch [ Enter I again more.
' OK " wilt appear

from the battery,
the security code must be entered the first
time that the unit's power IS turned on.

If you Input an incorrect sec\Wy code, the display
ask you once more to Input the correct one.
Follow the procedure In step 2 above.
The first time you turn the unit on agaln," 1st " and
will appear In the display, asklng you to input the
security code.
Repeat s'teps 4 and 5 above, and Inpiut the
security code.
You can start operatrng the unil agairi when " OK "
Touch [ RTN I to renxn to the system setup
screen.
