4. Click Add a New Entry to open the following page and type all the required
information.
Each item is explained as follows:

Source IP
Description
Type a profile name for WCF service.
Click it to enable such profile.
Type the IP address with mask address
(e.g.,192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0 to indicate a network or
type 192.168.1.10/255.255.255.255 to indicate a single IP)
to be filtered by WCF mechanism.
