4.4.3 JAM 1

Description
1. Recording paper is jammed in front of or
inside the toner cartridge.
2. Recording paper is stuck in the transfer roller
and in the fuser just after passing through the
Actuator-Feed.
Check and Cause
If the recording paper is jammed in front
of or inside the toner cartridge.
The actuator may be defective if the
recording paper stays in the transfer
roller and the fuser after it passes
through the actuator-feed.

PAPER FEEDING PROBLEMS
Solution
Replace the SMPS. (Power supply)
Reassemble the Actuator-Feed and
Spring-Actuator if the return is bad.
