Information regarding the mixing valve motor rotational
direction
The supply temperature must rise when the mixing valve
opens. If the temperature drops, either the motor is
turning in the wrong direction or the mixing valve set is
incorrectly fitted (observe the mixing valve installation
instructions).
Explanation
OFF All actuators are switched off.
ON Output 20 enabled.

ON Output for circulation pump for DHW tank heating enabled.
ON Output for DHW circulation pump enabled.
ON Output 29 enabled.

ON Output for heating circuit pump enabled (heating circuit with mixing valve M2).
Open Output "Mixing valve open" enabled (heating circuit with mixing valve M2).
Close Output "Mixing valve close" enabled (heating circuit with mixing valve M2).
ON Output for heating circuit pump enabled (heating circuit with mixing valve M3).
Open Output "Mixing valve open" enabled (heating circuit with mixing valve M3).
Close Output "Mixing valve open" enabled (heating circuit with mixing valve M3).
ON
Contact "P - S" on plug aBJ for extension EA1 closed.
ON Output 1 enabled.
ON Output 2 enabled.

Output for solar circuit pump sF at solar control module, type SM1 enabled.

Output for solar circuit pump sF at solar control module, type SM1 switched
to minimum speed.

Testing the relay – Vitotronic 300-K
1. Press OK and simultaneously for approx. 4 sec.
2. "Actuator test"
Vitotronic 200 sensor check
1. Press OK and until service comes up.
2. Use to scroll to diagnosticsand select with OK.
3. Use to scroll to generaland select with OK.
4. Use to scroll to relevant sensorand press with
OK to view.
5. To exit press .
Actuators
1. Press OK and until service comes up.
2. Use to scroll to actuator testand select with OK.
3. Use to scroll to actuator to be tested and leave
highlight (actuator description will change from 'OFF'
to 'ON').
4. When complete to exit press
Note: The service level is automatically exited after 30
minutes.
