Faults that are not displayed at the...
Heating circuit pump is not running although boiler water temperature is sufficiently high
Enable emissions test function (see operating instructions).
Heating circuit pump is running
No pump control:
Check set values.
Check Vitotrol 100.
Also external hook-ups or high DHW demand.
Heating circuit pump not running
Is plug live between L and N?

No
Check fuse F1, 6.3 A (slow). If the fuse has blown:
1. Disconnect the plug from the pump.
2. Replace the F1 fuse.
3. Reconnect plug .

4. Repeat this test if fuse F1 remains intact but the pump con-
nection does not go live. Possibly replace the main PCB.

1. Check pump connection and pump.
2. Check any further switching devices that may
be installed (e.g. maximum temperature con-
troller).
Operating instructions
1. Pull out corresponding plug.
2. Check the sensor resistance. Compare with the
curve.
3. If there is considerable deviation, check the instal-
lation. Replace sensor if required.
