Troubleshooting MCL

Symptom
MCL Link/Designer is not
communicating with device.
Possible Cause
MCL application is not setup to use
MCL Link.
USB driver is not installed.
USB driver cannot open.
Device not paired to STB2078 cradle. Pair device to cradle.
Action
Use MCL menu and launch MCL Wait command.
Install drivers from product Web site.
Previous application has virtual COM port open.
Close the virtual COM port.
