Enter the name (up to 20 let-
ters) of the destination using
the digital keys or the buttons
on the External Keyboard
(optional), and then press the
[ENTER] button.

Select "DESTINATION" using
the or button and then
press the [ENTER] button.
The DESTINATION entry screen
appears.

Specify the destination (abbre-
viation number or one touch
number) to register into this
group.
Abbreviation number: Use the digital
keys to enter the abbreviation num-
ber and then press the [ENTER] but-
ton.
One touch number: Press the one
touch key which includes the desti-
nation you want to register into this
group.
The name of the destination speci-
fied is displayed for approx. two sec-
onds. Then the group registration
screen appears.
If you try to register a destination
without an Email address, an alarm
buzzer sounds and "Number not
listed" is displayed for approx. two
seconds. Then the screen returns to
the DESTINATION entry screen.
If the specified abbreviation number
or one touch number is already regis-
tered to other destination, an alarm
buzzer sounds and "Already
assigned" is displayed for approx.
two seconds. Then the screen
returns to the DESTINATION entry
screen.
