Q: Why doesn't my scanner turn on?
A: Possible causes:
 The scanner may not be engaged with the feeder dock correctly.
 The battery may not have enough power or may not be inserted correctly.
Q: Why doesn't my scanner scan?
A: The scanner may be in Wi-Fi mode; it must be in the OFF position before scanning. Before
scanning photos or documents, the microUSB cable must be disconnected from the scanner.
Q: Why aren't my images saved as I'm scanning them?
A: You may not have adequate space available on the built-in storage. You can insert a microSD
card (not included) for added storage. If you already have a microSD card inserted, check that
it is inserted correctly and that it has adequate space available.
Q: Why doesn't my computer recognize my scanner when it's connected via the microUSB
cable?
A: Make sure the cable connection is secure. Restart the computer if necessary.
