You can back up or restore important files, which are compressed as PMF files.

Compression
 – Images can be converted to JPEG file format in PageManager.
Click and slide the
OCR
 – Select the desired default language for OCR.
Document
 – Select the default program to view documents (PageManager or
associated application).
In the Tree View window, select the folder you want to back up.
Click File > Backup....
Enter the desired folder name in the Folder Name field.
In the Label entry field, enter a title that is easily identifiable for the backup.
To choose the Destination, click Browse....
(Optional) Click Set Password and enter a password for protecting your backup file.
For future reference and searching, enter other useful information in the Memo field.

To restore backed up files, click File > Restore.
Tap Browse to find the desired Restore target folder path.
Tap Open to find the backup folder that you want to restore. When the folder is
selected, the Label and Memo are automatically entered.
Tap OK.
Click Start >Programs or All Programs > Presto! PageManager [ver#] > Uninstall
Presto! PageManager [ver#].
Follow the prompts to uninstall the software.
