Appliance Set- Up
A. Door Handle As s emb ly
Included in K it: 1 lock nut, 1 porcelain handle, 1 screw
adapter, 1 gold or nick l e handle, 1 sq uare k e y, 4 spacing
washers, 1 cam latch
Tools Needed: 9/16 box end wrench, flat head screwdriver.

Install teflon washer on door handle shaft.

Slide door handle through door.

Install spacing washers( s) as showin in F igure 2 0 . 1 .

Install k e y in groove.

Align groove in latch cam with key; slide latch cam over
shaft.
Install lock n ut but do not overtighten, the handle needs

to move smoothly.
INSTALL P ORCELAIN HANDLE:

Insert handle adapter with threads going into the porce-
lain handle. F igure 2 0 . 2 .

Thread in completely, using a flat head screwdriver.

B . Adj us ting The B lower Speed Control
If Necessary
NOTE:
W hen the speed control is turned clock wise, it will
click on to high speed. T urn the speed control
clockwise to decrease the speed. At full
clock wise, the blower should blow gently, but
should not stop.

W ith the stove plugged in, turn the speed control k n ob
to slow ( full clock w ise) .
2.
With a small screwdriver, adjust the blower speed by
turning the adjustment mechanism through the hole on
the side of the speed control.
3.
Adjust the speed so the blower runs slowly, but does
not stop. T urn clock wise to slow the blower and
counterclock w ise to increase the speed.
