Connect the Ethernet fiber optic cable (not supplied) to the GBIC transceiver on the front panel of the Avaya P332G-ML. You can use LC or MT-RJ fiber optic cables, depending on the GBIC transceiver you are using.

    Basic configuration To connect a PC terminal or VT-100 terminal to the Avaya P332G-ML If you are using a PC, initiate a VT-100 terminal emulation session using an application such as Windows® HyperTerminal. Press Enter. Type the User name root when prompted and press Enter.
