2.1 Display Console Overview

The computerized display console is easy to use. It allows you to follow your progress as
you walk, jog or run. The Life Fitness treadmill's on-board computer lets you tailor your
workout to your individual fitness capabilities and goals while providing a unique means of
measuring fitness improvement from one workout to the next.
