Check that during hot water mode there is a
120V AC voltage on the tank filling pump.

being activated?
Check the connection board to make sure that
there is 120V AC on both contacts L and N of
connection PS (gray) during hot water mode.
Does
the connection board
have on both contacts L and N of
connection PS 120V AC during hot
water operation?
Check the fuse on the connection board.
