ing a document over the inside line, you will not be able to receive a
document over the inside line until transmission is complete.

PSTN dialing in this situation:

Enter the remote fax number using a one-touch key, Address
Book Entry or by using the numeric keys.

Press [Start] (no needed for one-touch keys or Address Book
Entry).
Your machine will always attempt to communicate by using Line 1
first. If Line 1 is busy and you have registered Line 2 for outside
access, the machine will attempt to communicate with an outside fax
using Line 2.
PBX dialing in this situation:

Enter the remote fax number using a one-touch key, Address
Book Entry or by using the numeric keys. The character "/X"
must be placed after the number in order for the message to be
sent. (See page 2-1.)
Remember: This character must be registered when you set-up
a one-touch key or Address Book Entry that will be used on an
inside line (PBX). This character cannot be registered after you
press the one-touch key or Address Book Entry.
