Possible cause
The CA module and smart
card for the selected chan-
nel are not installed.
The smart card is defective
or the corresponding sub-
scription is no longer valid.
The set-top box was or is
connected to a PC. The USB
cable is plugged into the
USB port of your set-top
box.
Remedy
Insert the CA module with the
appropriate smart card into the
Common Interface at the rear of
the device.
Contact the provider of your sub-
scription.
Wait if necessary until the data
exchange with the PC has ended.
Then disconnect the USB cable
from the USB port on your set-top
box.
