DVB-T antenna
If you do not have an internal or external antenna or cannot achieve the desired
quality of reception with such an antenna, it is recommended to purchase a DVB-T
antenna. DVB-T antennae are tailored to the special requirements of digital televi-
sion and do not have to be positioned specially.
You will find additional information on the required antenna in specialist retail
stores for radio and television technology.
Connecting an antenna
You use a coaxial cable to connect your set-top box to your antenna. Suitable antenna
cables in different lengths and designs can be found in specialist retail stores for radio
and television technology.
Note: Some internal antennae must be supplied with electric current to ensure proper
operation.
1. If appropriate, disconnect your antenna and your set-top box from the mains before
connecting the coaxial cable.
2. Connect the connector at one end of the coaxial cable to your antenna.
3. Insert the connector at the other end of the coaxial cable into the IF-INPUT DIGITAL
port on the set-top box.
