Let's learn at a glance how to ferment Kimchi.

To cancel the ferment function, press the [Storage] butt on and select other storage function.

When using the ferment function, put only the same kind of Kimchi. If different kinds of Kimchi are fermented together, it is not possible to get unique tastes of each Kimchi.

How to use Ferment Function

Let' s learn the basic ferment function of the product. Through simple setting, Kimchi can be fermented deliciously.
Vous pouvez fermenter le Kimchi avec la configuration simple.

After putting contents to store in the container (Kimch Storage Container/Fresh Plus), put it into a desired compartment.

First, decide in which room the foods to be stored. (The left and the right compartments have the Storage/Ferment functions.)
Après avoir mis le Kimchi dans le récipient réservé au Kimchi et mettez dans le compartiment.
▶ Vérifiez le compartiment dans lequel vous voulez conserver ou fermenter (pour la conservation/congélation, il est possibile dans le
compartiment gauche et droite.)

Unlock the system by pressing the [Lock/Unlock] button for more than 3 seconds.
Appuyez maintenée sur la touche (Fermeture/Ouverture) plus 3 seconde pour mettre en
mode (Ouverture).

When the power is off, turn on the power by pressing the [Operation] button.
Quand l'alimentation s'éteint, appuyez sur la touche Power Touche de fonctionnement pour mettre en marche.

Select a fermenting method you want by pressing the [Ferment] button.
Sélectionnez la fonction voulue en appuyant sur la touche [Fermentation].

Each time you press the [Ferment ] button, it will be selected in the following order with a "Ding Dong" sound.
The left room will be selected in the order of Wintery Kimchi (Medium)→Wintery Kimchi (High)→Summer Kimchi (Low)→Summer Kimchi
(Medium)→Summer Kimchi (High)→Radish Kimchi (Medium)→Radish Kimchi (High)→Wintery Kimchi (Low).
The right room will be selected in the order of Wintery Kimchi (Medium)→Wintery Kimchi (High)→Summer Kimchi (Low)→Summer Kimchi
(Medium)→Summer Kimchi (High)→Radish Kimchi (Medium)→Radish Kimchi (High)→Watery Kimchi (Medium)→Watery Kimchi (High)→
Wintery Kimchi (Low).

l'hiver(moyen)→Kimchi pour l'hiver(fort)→Kimchi de choux(faible)→Kimchi de choux(moyen)→Kimchide choux(fort)→Kimchi de navets (moyen)→
Kimchi de navets (fort)→Kimchi pour l'hiver(faible).
Chaque fois que l'on appuie sur la touche [Conservation], le mode pour le compartiment de droite change en ordre de :
Kimchi pour l'hiver(moyen)→Kimchi pour l' hiver(fort)→Kimchi de choux(faible)→Kimchi de choux(moyen)→Kimchide choux(fort)→Kimchi de navets
(moyen)→Kimchi de navets (fort)→Kimchi à l'eau(moyen)→Kimchi à l'eau (fort)→Kimchi pour l'hiver(faible).
