Memory Recall Screen

Past copy jobs can be recalled and printed again.
Up to 49 past copy jobs can be saved.
If the number of copy jobs exceeds 49 or the memory becomes full, jobs are deleted, starting from the
oldest.
Deleted jobs cannot be recalled.
Touch [Memory Recall]. The Memory Recall screen appears.
Jobs that have already been printed appear in order from the top of the list.
If the "Memory Recall" function on the User's Choice: 1 screen has been set to "Yes", [Memory Recall] is
available (jobs can be recalled from the memory).
However, if the "Memory Recall" function on the User's Choice: 1 screen has been set to "No", all jobs are
erased after they are finished printing. ([Memory Recall] is not available.)
Deleted jobs cannot be recalled.
For details on setting the "Memory Recall" function on the User's Choice:1 screen, refer to "To set the
"Memory Recall" function" in chapter 5 "Utility Mode Operation"of the Administrator Operations volume.
Note
If the copier is turned off, all saved jobs are deleted and can no longer be recalled. If the copier enters
Low Power mode and goes off, all jobs are also deleted.
The length of time until the copier enters Low Power mode can be specified using the "Low Power"
function on the User's Choice: 1 screen. For more details, refer to "Specifying Default Settings ("User's
Choice" Functions)" in the Administrator Operations volume.
