SECTION 4: ASSEMBLY

Beginning Assembly

The Model G5787 requires a moderate amount of
assembly and setup. The following instructions
have been provided to guide you through this
process.
Disconnect power to the
machine when perform-
ing any maintenance or
assembly. Failure to do
this may result in serious
personal injury.

Keep
loose
clothing
rolled up and out of the
way of machinery and
keep hair pulled back.
Wear safety glasses dur-
ing the entire assembly
process. Failure to com-
ply may result in serious
personal injury.
Some metal parts may
have sharp edges on
them
after
they
formed. Please examine
the edges of all metal
parts before handling
them. Failure to do so
could result in injury.
All stand pieces except the rubber feet should be
assembled with the
5
" hex nuts, and

stand:

1.
Place the (4) mount brackets on the stand
corners where the feet will be installed. The
bracket fork should slide over the edge of the
stand.
2.
Insert the (4)
rubber feet and attach the feet to the stand
corners as shown in Figure 6.
