VOWELISER
Two examples of vowel filters to produce vowel articulations as
described in their program names. The modwheel controls the effect.
This is a special filter configuration that is able to
produce certain vowel sounds and articulations (EE-
OO, EE-OR, EE-AH and OO-AA, OO-EH, OO-OW)
with certain settings (see the examples below).
