In standby mode: activates and confirms the clock

settings. In operation: displays the time for five
seconds (on the top).
Auto dimmer sensor. Automatically adjusts the
brightness of the backlight display to the brightness of
the surroundings (on the top).
Headphone jack for connecting a headphone set with
a jack plug (3.5 mm) on top of the device.
The loudspeakers of the hi-fi system are automatically
switched off.

Tuner mode
Selects the frequency band »
TUNER
(medium wave) on front of the device.
Press briefly to change the frequency in steps, press
5 a s 6
and hold down to start a station search (on the front).
