Changing Printer Settings

Use the Sharp Color MFP printer driver software to change printer
settings for Windows applications. The method you use to open the
driver software determines how the changes are applied to your print
jobs.
You can open the printer software from:
The Windows 95 Start menu (or Control Panel in Windows 3.1)
The Print command in an application's File menu
The Printer Setup (or equivalent) command in an application's
File menu.
If you open the printer
software from the:
Windows 95 Start menu (or
Control Panel in Windows 3.1)
Print command in an
application's File menu
Printer Setup (or equivalent)
command in an application's
File menu

Selecting print quality

1. Open the application's File menu.
2. Choose Print (or Printer Setup).
3. Windows 3.1:
In the Printer Setup dialog box, click the Options button.
Windows 95:
In the Printer Setup dialog box, click the Properties button.
4. Click the Document/Quality tab to open it.
Then changes you make are:
Applied to all print jobs
Applied to that print job only
Stored with the document
