Service schedule
8.1
Check that the electrical equipment is functioning properly.
Read out the trouble code memory using the KTM diagnostics tool.
Check the measured service values with the KTM diagnostics tool.
Change the engine oil and filter, clean the oil screens.
Check the oil jet for the clutch lubrication.
Check the front brake linings. (
Check the rear brake linings. (
Check the brake discs. (

Check that the brake lines are undamaged and free of leaks.
Check the rear brake fluid level. (
Check the free travel of the foot brake lever. (
Check that the shock absorber and fork are leak tight. Perform a fork service and shock absorber
service as needed and depending on how the vehicle will be used.
Check the swingarm bearing.
Check the wheel bearing for play.
Check the tire condition. (
Check the tire air pressure. (
Check the spoke tension. (
Check the rim run-out.
