Explanation
Poll timeout error. The printer was
not polled for one minute over a
coax interface.
Link-level code test detects a
hardware failure on the coax/
twinax expansion board. This
message can also occur if the
software in flash memory is
corrupted.
Corrective Action
Power off and unplug the printer Check data cable connection and
host system. (Refer to line problem determination procedures, as
recommended by the host system.)
1. Cycle power. Run the print job again. If the message appears,
download the emulation software again.
2. Cycle power. Run the print job again. If the message appears,
replace the coax/twinax expansion board. Record the message
and return it with the defective board.
