Measuring the Length of an Arc
On a circular board, you can measure the length of any single
arc that you have drawn. You must specify the same starting and
ending points that you used to draw the arc. However, the
starting point must not be shared by another object. The length
is always measured clockwise from the starting point to the
ending point.

If you are uncertain of the arc's starting and ending points, you can
